The traditional Blackpool Tram.

Our trip to Blackpool was of course primarily for the roller coasters at the Pleasure Beach. However, we did snap some trams whilst we were there and some trains on the way.

The more modern trams arecertainly uglier.

The trams run all the way along the sea front .
AT one point, the trams run on the road in with the ordinary traffic .

The weather is usually miserable in Blackpool.

This is just in front of the Blackpool Tower .

The sea front has undergone a huge refurbishment and redevelopment project..
