Video Gallery 1 - Fanning along the Gorge

So here it is, the start of my fascination with the railraods of the Columbia River Gorge - the Pentrex DVD of the BNSF Fallbridge subdivision. This is the promotional video for Volumes 1 and 2. Unfortunately, Volume 2, the UP Portland subdivision on the Oregon bank is not yet available in England.

The next video, whilst comparatively poor in quality, provides a very good feel for railroading in the area and footage of typical freight trains. This is what I will be trying to recreate on my model. The area around Dalles is not quite as scenic as further along the gorge where there is much more vegitation.
