LNWR NX Signal Box

Background

Whilst building Scarth Bridge, I am also getting back into the 'modern-image' UK rail scene. I have joined DEMU - very useful as I am intending to build a UK based layout, probably based around north / north-west London which is where I live. With only limited space and working in 4mm: one foot (OO gauge), it will probably be a short section of a relief line with an entrance to some form of industrial yard, either a cement works (Acton) or refuse plant (Northolt or Brentford). The intention is to put the finished signal box on this layout.

Much work still to complete (finials and other such detail have already been added since these photos were taken).
